To receive help anytime, day or night, with flat, lost keys, empty tanks, a dead battery, or a need for a tow. The ToYourRescue™ Roadside Assistance Program from TECH-NET PROFESSIONAL AUTO SERVICE® centers offers 365 days of 24/7 roadside assistance and is complimentary with your qualifying service.

When you purchase $25 or more in service from Pellman’s Automotive Service, Inc., you’re covered for 365 days when you need a tow-to-safety, lock-out aid, battery jump start, emergency fuel delivery, or flat tire changing assistance.

The program benefit is limited to reimbursement for covered roadside assistance services, up to a maximum eligible amount of $150 per covered vehicle per year (the “Benefit Limit”).

If you are in need of roadside assistance, call the 24-Hour ToYourRescue™ 365 Roadside Assistance program toll-free number at 1-866-588-0728 (option 2). The roadside assistance administration will schedule the dispatch. The service provider requires use of a credit card to arrange for dispatch. One reimbursement up to $150 per eligible incident per 365 Day Period.

Documents and claim forms (a receipt of roadside assistance services and original repair invoice) may be sent by fax to 866-449-7301, by email, or by postal mail to TECH-NET Customer Care, P.O. Box 17659, Golden, CO 80402. Don’t forget to include our toll-free Roadside Assistance phone number (866-588-0728) in your cell phone to access the ToYourRescue™ Roadside Assistance program dispatch anytime day or night 24/7.

The tire protection plan covers:

• Punctures
• Bruises or breaks
• Nails or glass damage
• Potholes or curb damage

Coverage limited to the original selling price or the current selling price, whichever is the lesser (not to exceed $400 per tire).  Coverage is good for the term listed or 2/32” of tread remaining, whichever comes first.

• Free flat repair reimbursement for 12 months while traveling.
• Pellman’s will repair flat tires for a term of certificate for free at our facility.
• Damaged Tires – 1-year free replacement, 3 years pro-rata,  (limit $400 per tire)

Free tire rotations are available up to two times per year at our facility with qualifying tire purchases. Service applies to standard rims only and is not valid for dually vehicles. 

Warranty coverage is available when tires are purchased from Pellman’s Automotive. Tire rotations are performed exclusively at our shop and are not eligible for nationwide coverage.

Fire, theft, vandalism, accident, misuse, abuse, and off-road use are not covered. Irregular or premature tread wear caused by improper inflation, misalignment, or imbalance of wheels, worn-out shock absorbers, or brakes not covered.  Also excluded is damage or failure due to other non-tire causes, such as being run flat and the mechanical condition of the vehicle.

If failure to tire occurs within 25 miles of Pellman’s, repairs must be performed at our shop. Outside a 25-mile radius, contact the program administrator at 1-866-588-0728, option 3 for approval and referral to the nearest in-network tire service center.
