The following Skills/Qualifications are required:

Customer Service and Ethics

  • A strong focus on integrity and doing the right thing for the customer.
  • A desire to maintain high service standards.
  • Passion for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Technical

  • The experienced Master Technician must be able to accomplish service operations including inspecting, testing, repair and replacement of automotive parts in an efficient and exemplary manner.
  • Be capable of diagnosing and repairing import and domestic light-duty vehicles efficiently and with high accuracy.
  • Possesses a strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Has good communication and computer skills (written and verbal).
  • Has the ability to multitask, prioritize and handle work of diverse scope and complexity.
  • Is proficient with scan tools, digital inspections, and online resources or is willing to develop these skills.
  • Preferred ASE Certified, but if you don’t have them, we can help you get them.
