This review is long overdue. My girlfriend and I were road tripping throughout the entire past summer, and happened to discover Pellman's when we needed an oil change. The team was awesome and their service was exactly what we needed.Since their oil changes include an as-in-depth-as-possible-without-taking-anything-apart inspection, they were able to point out a few areas that might end up needing more attention. The great part about the inspection is that they send you an email with a detailed list (including photos) of what they found.Bottom line: These guys helped us with our oil change for a fair price. We left feeling well informed and confident with the rest of our trip.... and of course the courtesy bike rental was a really nice touch! :D

I am a very satisfied Pellman's customer of 22 years now! I have referred many friends and co-workers, all of whom have shared the same excellent service experience. The staff at Pellman's are extremely courteous. Their inspection provides a report (documented with photos!) allowing them to provide honest and trustworthy advice on cost and safety concerns on any issues discovered. The courtesy shuttle rides (or fleet of cruiser bikes for loan) are very convenient. This shop is great!

The guys at Pellman are genuinely good, helpful folks. I came in with some known issues and a general idea of how much it would cost. As a student I didn’t have a lot of money to spend on repairs and they worked with me as much as possible. They also were very accommodating with the fact that my father (a mechanic out of state) wanted to know exactly what they were doing and what parts were being used. The work was timely and they updated me regularly.Also, free shuttle, free inspection, and a 3 year warranty on all parts and service?? Definitely hard to beat all that!

As a relatively long time Pellman's enthusiast, I am happy to say that my enthusiasm continues! A recent transaction with Pellman's went awry, and when I brought it to their attention they were gracious, sincere and generous in making up for my dissatisfaction. My support of Pellman's will gratefully continue!

Pellman's was recommended to me by a good friend who said, "they go above and beyond", and they did!! I am so happy to finally have an indefinite trusted mechanic. Honestly, I expected them to be more expensive as well!

Really happy with finding Pellman's after some less-than-stellar mechanic experiences at other places. Recently bought a used vehicle that needed some work, and the team there has been really helpful at prioritizing things in terms of necessity...they replaced a radiator for me which ended up being defective - they got me in as soon as I called and replaced the unit quickly. Today, I noticed that my coolant reservoir tank was dropping and quickly took it over there to have them take a look. Got to talk to the mechanic who alleviated my fears and explained what was going on. I will say that getting to talk with the mechanic (Andrew) and having him explain everything with my hood open really gives me peace of mind. I've heard some folks say that they are more expensive but I really haven't found that to be the case (right on the nose, if not a little under, what I researched for a timing belt/water pump replacement).
