"That it was excellent. I have always received excellent customer service and I feel the quality of work is great. I have been going to Pellman's for over ten years and had them work on 4 different used vehicles that I have owned. I can ask what is involved in doing maintenance or repair on my own and they will tell me what is involved so I can make the choice. On this recent vist my water pump was leaking after it had been replaced in 2011. Even though it was out of warranty the shop replaced it for free because it shouldn't have started to fail that soon. That is amazing customer service and I don't think many other shops would have done that."
