Pellman's Automotive Service have received the following certifications. Click on a

ASE is well known as the industry-leading certification program for automotive
professionals. ASE certification means that an individual has passed tough industry-developed
exams and meets experience requirements.
ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition goes a step
further by identifying those establishments that have a large percentage of certified professionals
and a certified professional in each area of service offered. It's a commitment that earns
only the best establishments the recognition to stand out from the crowd.
To qualify as a Blue Seal establishment, a repair business must meet the following criteria:
- At least 75% of technicians must be ASE-certified.
- At least one technician must be ASE-certified in each area of service offered by the business.
- To ensure that professional certification credentials remain current, ASE reviews the status of
each establishment annually.

The Partners for a Clean Environment (PACE) program is a voluntary, non-regulatory program which offers free pollution prevention
education and technical assistance to Boulder County businesses.
PACE is a cooperative effort of
the city of Boulder Office of Environmental Affairs, Boulder County Public Health, city of
Longmont and Boulder Chamber of Commerce.
Pellman's is proud to be fully PACE-certified auto repair facility.

The Automotive Management Institute is the leading provider of management education for the automotive
service industry. Brad is proud to have earned the Accredited Automotive Manager designation
after completing 120 credits of AMI education and a requisite self-study course.

TECH-NET is an association of North America’s most skilled Automotive technicians working
together to build a premiere network of locally owned automotive service providers. Only
shops with sound business principals and high ethical standards are invited to join the
TECH-NET team.
Participation in local TECH-NET Professional Councils and industry related training allows
each member to provide superior service and quality repairs.
Each member proudly follows the TECH-NET Professional Code of Ethics.
Pellman's ASE certified technicians take a minimum of 20 hours of additional technical training each year.

The International Automotive Technicians' Network is a group of approximately 50,000 professional
automotive technicians from 137 countries. The automotive professionals of this group exchange
technical knowledge and information with other members from around the globe, sharing
over 1 million years of combined experience.
The iATN's stated mission of excellence is to promote the continued growth, success and
image of the professional automotive technician by providing a forum for the exchange of
knowledge and the promotion of education, professionalism, and integrity.

The Better Business Bureau provides reliability reports for businesses and charitable
organizations throughout the country, as well as dispute resolution services and other
helpful information for consumers.
Pellman's Automotive has been a member of the Better Business Bureau since October 1997.
signifying our support for the Bureau's services to the public and
our conformance with all BBB membership standards, including participation in the
Bureau's Membership Identification Program and our agreement to use special
complaint handling procedures if necessary to resolve disputes.
Pellman's is a 2003 and 2004 BBB Gold Star Member, earned by organizations
with zero complaints.

In April, 2005, Pellmans gained certification as a AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility,
one of only a limited number in the city of Boulder.
Before certifying their Approved Repair facilities, AAA inspectors perform
a physical inspection, survey customers to ensure satisfaction, and
evaluate corporate procedures, including insurance policies.
Every year, many repair facilities fail to qualify for this prestigious certification.
