Our Nationwide Warranty

The Pellman's Nationwide warranty reflects not only the confidence we have in the quality of the work we do, but also in the value we have for your confidence in us, and in your continued patronage.
Pellman's Warranty:
- 2 year/18,000 mile nationwide warranty on labor
- 2 year/18,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty on non-friction aftermarket parts
- 1 year/12,000 mile (whichever comes first) warranty on factory non-friction parts
Warranty does not apply to used or customer-supplied parts, or parts that have failed
due to abuse. Warranty work must either be performed in our shop or be pre-approved by us,
and cannot exceed the original cost of repair. Pellman's Automotive will not be held
responsible for a rental car, hotel or other expense incurred in the event of a breakdown.
