CARQUEST Excellence Award

Every year since 2006, Pellman's has been nominated for the CARQUEST Excellence Award. This award recognizes independent automobile service businesses that demonstrate excellence in the Automotive Repair Industry. The award is based on such criteria as customer service, training and certifications, community involvement, shop appearance and industry involvement.

ASE Blue Seal of Excellence

ASE takes certification one step further by recognizing highly qualified repair facilities through their Blue Seal of Excellence Program. The program's emphasis is to identify establishments with a large percentage of ASE-certified professionals and a commitment to excellence. It recognizes not only the individual technicians, but the businesses striving to be best overall through a commitment to provide certification opportunities and on-going training for their staffs. Pellman's Automotive has been an ASE Blue Seal shop for as long as the designation has been available.

Automotive Management Institute Accreditation

The Automotive Management Institute is the leading provider of management education for the automotive service industry. After completing 120 credits of AMI education, along with a requisite self-study course, Brad has earned AMI's Automotive Manager accreditation, a designation he's very proud of. Lisa is just a few hours short of earning her AMI degree as well.
