CARQUEST Excellence Award
Pellman's has been a two-time nominee for the CARQUEST Excellence Award, finishing in the Top 10 in 2007 (the
final year this award was given.) This award recognizes independent
automobile service businesses that demonstrate excellence in the Automotive Repair Industry. The award is based on such
criteria as customer service, training and certifications, community involvement, shop appearance and industry involvement.
In May, 2010, Pellman's was chosen to sit on the CARQUEST National Advisory Council for the second time.
Brad and Dan were flown to Charlotte, NC to sit on the council, a trip during which they
attended both the TECH-NET Auto Service 300 and Coca Cola 600 NASCAR events.

Automotive Management Institute Accreditation
The Automotive Management Institute is the leading provider of management education for the
automotive service industry. After completing 120 credits of AMI education, along with a requisite
self-study course, Brad and Lisa have both earned AMI's Automotive Manager accreditation, a designation they are very
proud of.
