Roadside Assistance

With every premium oil change, Pellman’s offers 120 days of free roadside assistance through BG on the Road 24-Hour Roadside Assistance.

This includes:

• Towing (in the case of accidents or vehicle disablement)
• Jump Start
• Tire Change
• Lock-Out Service
• Fuel & Fluid Delivery (cost of gas, other fluids or key replacement not included)

Details

Assistance services available for a dollar value of up to $75 US per event, limited to two events for a 4 month period from the time of service. If your vehicle becomes inoperable in the U.S., Puerto Rico or Canada, it will be towed to the nearest qualified service center. You do not pay the service provider for the first $75 US of services listed above (per event, limited to two events).

Dispatch services are provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Medford, MA 02155, except Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin, and Wyoming where services are provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc. Roadside services are performed by independent service providers, for whose actions neither Cross Country nor BG Products, Inc., nor Pellman’s Automotive Service, Inc. shall be liable.
